I’m sad to hear that you are closing, but understand the reasons behind it. A trip up (from Florida) to see you has always been on my bucket list, but I never made it. I have taken the google tour several times and just absolutely love it all, you did a great job over the many decades. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that someone will step forward and save this wonderful national treasure. Many blessings, and always and forever Merry Christmas!

Our family has made this an annual destination at Christmas since 2000. We absolutely love it and are very sorry to see it close. It seems that many local people had no idea this wonderful gem existed until the recent article announcing the closing. Now that you have reached a new audience of visitors that have never attended and love it, it would be great to see if another year opened would generate more people. If not, Lancaster County is losing a wonderful destination.....a destination that we've enjoyed from the time our children were small to now taking them and their families. We are saddened to see you close. Thanks for all the wonderful times we have shared at the National Christmas Center.

With tears in our eyes I write this. Being a Christmas fanatic my entire life we just heard about this wonderland this year. So we rushed to visit it. My wife had taken me here for my 60th birthday.I could not have dreamed of a better gift of love than this . Then the heartache hit! We heard that it was closing. They had said from lack of patronage. With that being said on our drive up my wife thought my surprise would be given away. But it was not.The reason why is that there was not one sign. How would anyone know this magical place was there. We have asked many of our Christmas fanatic friends if they had heard of this Christmas wonderland? This place that takes us back to simpler more loving times. None of them had ever heard of it! I can't help but think that a little advertising would have helped tremendously. After all that is said above ,most of all I want to thank you for the amazing 60th birthday. While people plane extravagant parties and trips for that milestone birthday, they will never compare to what I felt when i was there. We had taken out grandchildren there before Christmas and we plant to vist again on Jan. 6th. If I were a wealthy man this would not even be a question if i would by this wonder. But I'm not so I hope you take this thank you from the bottom of my heart as one of the biggest thank you's that you will ever get. Thank you from the Preite's
